Oswaldtwistle St Mary's Football Club consists of two senior sides and eight junior sides.
The First Team plays in the East Lancashire Football League, the Reserve Team plays in the Accrington & District Football Combination. The Male Junior Teams play in the East Lancashire Football Alliance and The Under 10 and Under 11 Girls Teams play in the West Lancashire Girls Football League.
